Season Ferry Pass Terms and Conditions
- Pass Presentation: The season pass must be shown upon request for validation. Failure to present a valid pass will result in the applicable published ticket prices being charged.
- Usage: The season pass is valid exclusively for ferry crossings and cannot be used for bookable boat trips or any other services offered by Carmarthen Bay Ferries (CBF).
- Validity: The season pass is valid for a period of one year from the date of issue, date of expiry is indicated on the pass.
- Non-Transferability: The season pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the individual whose name is registered with the pass.
- Operational Disruptions: CBF reserves the right to cancel or modify ferry operations without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, safety concerns, or operational challenges. In such cases, the passholder acknowledges that no compensation or refund will be provided for missed crossings.
- Terms Amendments: CBF reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Passholders will be notified of any significant changes
