Carmarthen Bay Ferries Model Release Consent

I, the above named, hereby grant Carmarthen Bay Ferries permission to use my likeness in video and photographic material for promotional and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, digital and print media, social media, websites, and any other promotional platforms deemed appropriate by Carmarthen Bay Ferries. I acknowledge and agree that: - My participation is voluntary and I will not receive any compensation for the use of my likeness. - Carmarthen Bay Ferries holds full rights to edit, reproduce, and distribute the images and video footage as needed for promotional purposes. - I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final media in which my likeness appears. - I release and discharge Carmarthen Bay Ferries, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities related to the use of my likeness. By signing this form, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
