Mae gorsaf rheilffordd yng Nglan y Fferi gyda threnau'n rhedeg tua'r Gorllewin i Gaerfyrddin a thu hwnt i Sir Benfro, gyda chysylltiadau fferi am Iwerddon, neu tua'r Dwyrain i Abertawe, Caerdydd a thu hwnt i Lundain. Nid oes gan bob tr\u00ean le ar gyfer beiciau ac fe'ch cynghorir i sicrhau lle i'ch beic gyda'r gweithredwr tr\u00ean priodol o flaen llaw.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Glan y Fferi hefyd ar Lwybr Seiclo Cenedlaethol Sustrans 4, sy'n rhedeg o Greenwich yn Nwyrain Llundain i Abergwaun yng Nghymru.
